• The PC parallel port must be set in Standard (or SPP) mode;
  this can be achieved entering the system BIOS after restarting the PC but before the Operating System is loaded.
• ASPAN HardLock must be the only device attached to the PC printer port (no other hardlock, no printer cable connected).

If you continue having problems try to install the softwareonto another PC (not the same brand as the previous one). If the problems persists, please install ASPAN selecting SERVICE. After having installed the service, run the icon "Service" andmake a Service Sheet or a Service Disk. Then send it to us.

If the message is "NO HARDLOCK KEY FOUND" the only possibilityis to contact us for a hardlock substitution..
